Scirocco facelift taillight

Does anyone know what is the difference between RHD facelift taillight 1K8945207B and LHD 1K8945207? The RHD is backordered here in Ireland for months. I was wondering if I can use LHD version instead?
I know in many cases reverse light is a difference, but facelift Scirocco has them symmetrical.

I would imagine the difference is the foglight. I can't remember whether the facelift has one or two rear foglights.

Thanks, I can live without foglight for some time... I wonder if they throw some errors when connected.

How did you get on with the LHD tail light?
We have the same issue, been waiting on 1k8945207b since December and need to find a solution. Am considering buying the 1k8945207, any advice appreciated!
