Hi, ive seen a few people online who have upgraded their rear bumper. However, some have had to change rear lights and tailgates ect. when doing so. I have found this bumper online:

I dont know much about cars if im honest. I have a 2009 1.4. My question is, does anyone know if this will fit onto my car without changing anything else?
Also, my car is Rising Blue, this bumper comes unpainted, so if anyone could show me whereabouts to get the paint that would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help.
