64 scirocco 1.4tsi facelift

Hello all, I'm looking at buying a 64 plate scirocco and was wondering if you could give any advice at all?
it is a 1.4 tsi on around 45000 miles the latest facelifted shape and was wondering if there are any big services due at around this point or in the near future?

Am I right in thinking that this is chain driven and will be unlikely to need a new one fitted for the life of the engine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
