Passenger seat sliding on the rails and not locking

The other day I tried to fold the passenger seat to get in the back, i felt a little resistance but pulled forward to slide the seat after that it just didn’t click and lock in the rails. Now it’s just sliding about and wont lock.

the lever has no tension left in it. the pins are all up but won’t go down to lock in.

another thing the seat wont slide all the way back to access the bolts to even remove the seat. absolute nightmare!!

any help please?
