Misfires under load with cold engine!

Misfires under load with cold engine!

My Scirocco 1.4 TSI 160hp CAVD suffers from random misfires under load with cold engine.
With cold engine, if I push the accelerator pedal a bit harder it starts shaking, flashes engine light, and then return to normal.
When temperature reaches 90º it works normal without any faults.
VCDS - random misfires on all cylinders P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304.
I already checked compression (ok on all 4), changed the ignition coils with new ones from IP (Ignition Projects), replaced the spark plugs with NGK SIZFR6B8EG (already tried BKR7EIX, BKR8EIX but didn't improved), changed temperature sensor, installed a new low fuel pressure pump, but I still have ignition errors in acceleration on cold.
ECU firmwire version is G5859.
Engine with 47.620 Km
No oil losses, no coolant losses.

What should I do to stop misfires?
Should I check O2 sensor?
