1.4 tsi 160hp weried noise

hi my car recently start making weried noises when accelerating and have a power loss waht could this be? by the way i have a bad throttle flap but i dont think this is the problem..

could a bad blow off valve cause this? beacuse it was taken apart inside the turbo

the sound comes from the turbo when i press the pedal i get very few boost uphills car barley moves..
