my bro has a 2011 scirocco r 2.0 and it started bout 2 weeks ago, running rough epc light on dash, my odb said misfire on cylinder 4 3 days later it happened again,
i was at work so i had no time to deal with it. he took it to garage they said something about pistons and it may be a 2 day job because he said he using alot of oil, they changed the plug again this time cylinder 1 ( he is not burning smoke btw). 2 days ago happened again cylinder 3 he took it to specialist and they did compression test all fine, and swapped coils (again), didnt really have a clue. so any ideas guys will help? i noticed his rocker cover leaking oil on the back hence him using oil but i cant see any signs of oil in the plugs tho. im not a mechanic i just know things lol
also think its not temp related as only happened down the road. only odb codes i got were misfire thats it thanks
