Wing mirror - not moving but can hear the motor working

Wing mirror - not moving but can hear the motor working

As the title suggests, my wing mirror motor can be heard working but it's not moving when the power fold is selected,

The wing mirror was loose

I've stripped the mirror down but cannot find anything untoward,

I need some help !
