Im trying to find out which turbo my car has - Ive read that it might be a IHI, but what is that exactly? Smaller than a K03? My engine code is a CAW and it looks exactly the same as a new Golf 6 GTI so does it have teh same turbo as well? IHI?

thanks andy, btw, i contacted vw racing - they can do the stage 1 on my car - they say they just checking emission regulation in RSA. Quite funny actually, cos its not nearly as controlled here than it is there. No annual MOTs, nothing. The wifes focus ST has dreamscience and a decat and that is 100% ok here hehe

the turbo isnt the same as the mk5 golfs though, it may be some sort of ko3s? im unsure, unless it is just mounted differently im unsure as i havent taken it off, i know the blocks are different in the scirocco aswel, im sure it wont be long before someone will be ripping the engine out (i would be if i didnt have the mrs lol)
