2 IRRITATING NOISES.....SUSPENSION AND AIR CON

Hi guys

I've a 15 2.0TDI diesel. I'm having two issues

1) air con noise - particularly when climatronic is high for both sides I get a squeal from it. Seems to be mainly when the setting is hi on both. The dealer replaced the motor, no difference, then today found "feathers" that were causing it. Obviously they weren't and the noise persists. Anyone any ideas?

2) I'm having this exact suspension noise as per this youtube video. Front suspension only and noticeable on bumps

The dealer said its normal, I'm like I'm not sure. Could someone advise me?

have had two roccos now and both had chugging air con compressors. think it's normal as it's located close to/just behind the firewall. got to live with it i'm afraid.

That suspension noise is not normal. Mine sounds nothing like that. I get a high pitched whine from the air conditioning unit. Having the stereo on drowns it out as does driving with a heavy right foot.
