Forum tyre discount??
Do we get any forum discount from any tyre suppliers?
I've looked in the sponsored section but there isn't any codes or information.

I've found tyres pneus ( http://www.tyres-pneus-online.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) to be the cheapest. They include delivery in their prices too which makes pricing a bit easier.
They offer a loyalty scheme where if you buy enough tyres from them you get £50 off. I think you need to spend £1500 though, having said that I bought tyres for my Scirocco and my Scooby off them over two weeks and that was £900 so it doesn't take long to get there and as they're usually the cheapest anyway it's an easy decision.

I had been using Camskill but have found recently tyres pneus to be a bit cheaper when you factor in the postage. Remember Camskill don't include it in the price of the tyres and only add it on at the end while tyres pneus it's included in the initial price you see.

Re: Forum tyre discount??
Successfully purchased some Goodyear F1's only to get an email to say that the tyres I've selected may not be suitable because I may have self sealing tyres currently fitted. What difference would this make? I wouldn't think any and a couple of people I've asked can't see a problem with it, are they just being pansies?

They'll be fine as long as they are the right size.

Re: Forum tyre discount??
After the suggestions I actually went with Black Circles, after weighing up fitting costs, delivery and that I wasn't able to guarantee I'd be in for delivery it seemed like the best fit. Even getting them fitted through my local garage which is a plus!

When you get the Black Circles fitted price, sometimes it's worth contacting the local fitting garage directly to see if they can undercut the price:-)

Yep I did and they said that they couldn't even match it because of the promotion they had on and said to book through black circles! New tyres tomorrow!

I used Black Circles last time, was the cheapest to start with and 3x Tesco club points as an added bonus.
