Lowered on H & R's yesterday

Next on the hit list are Golf R front calipers & discs (345mm) - currently getting painted and will be on in the next few days along with the bonnet struts that arrived yesterday

@mazzie_baby should be a good trip, hopefully get more people in on the convoy and mine will be sitting on some new wheels by then. One thing I can say for sure is that she'll be waxed and gleaming!

Replaced the memory card in my dashcam to a 128GB one.... 16GB was just no good, once it went through a couple of cycles, the device developed errors and needed weekly formatting! It was quite worrying, as knowing my luck, something would happen when the SD card was not up and running.

So, warning to DR650GW-2CH users: Get a good quality, large capacity SD card

Not in the car, but in the van, replaced (finally) the cheap crap Griffin USB power adapter with a decent one. The radio interference has now gone, and the tomtom and dash cam now work flawlessly instead of trying to talk to each other all the time.

This is the cheap scabby horrible little culprit...

If you consider buying one of these, think again and buy something better.

Washed mine. Was filthy.
Much nicer to look at now.
Also prepared the rubber sills for winter. So they won't freeze and cause the windows not to drop.

I use this and swear by it.
Since using this my windows have never froze shut.
Treat all the way along the rubber on the outside. Then open door and do the same to the inside where the glass sits against. Then also put some along the top of the glass and shut the door. Let the window go up and repeatedly open and close the door handle so that it lowers etc and gets right up into the sill.

This stuff has saved me from not being able to get into my car a few times.
