Bi-Xenon - What is this light for?

There's a middle bulb on my headlights, however I don't know what it's for or how to turn it on!

I'm not sure what type of bulb is to the left of this bulb either (the non-xenon bulb).

I'm basically replacing all of the yellow bulbs with white / blueish bulbs.

Cheers, do you know what type of bulb the light to the left of these turning lights is? The non-xenon light.
