DAB Reception Issues

Post by Gilez »

Until the last couple of months, DAB in my car has been fine since I bought it nearly 3 yeas ago.

Recently, however, I seem to be getting patchy recpeption on the West Midlands band in and around Birmingham. It mainly seems to be limited to when I am on the motorways (M6, M5, M42). Nothing I have found on the net suggest that DAB transmitters are down or, moved or anything else like that, so I am at a loss. As I say, it is only the WM band that it seems to happen on, so assume my radio is fine. I was thinking that it is down to weight of traffic and being surrounded by HGV's and the like.

Question is, has anyone else had this in the same region or anywhere else for that matter?
I can rely on my car, it's my Roc!!!
