Changing drivers side sill

I am hoping someone can help. I have just had a run in with a large 4 by 4 who refused to move result in me reversing and squeezing in to a very tight lay by. In the process of pulling away a large unseen rock was sticking out causing me to dent the whole sill on the driver side. Does anyone know if you can replace this part? If so how much?
