Skoda kit or fiscon ? Bluetooth problems

I have a 59 plate tsi , i cannot get iphones or samsungs to connect , phone not compatable message,
I have seen people talking about some after market 'skoda kit' and also seen people mention fiscon kits ?
Can anyone help me as to what ones the best , what kind of work goes into installing them? Basically any info would be great , also if you could try and keep it simple for me . Many thanks guys

i had to root my galaxy s3 and download the rsap app from android store and it works fine now. I followed a video on you tube that shows you how to root your phone simple to do and the app was even easier hope this helps

yep £7 was a lot better than the $450 vw wanted for a newer bluetooth module
