Not too bad.
It's about some kids in the 70s who are filming their own movie about zombie when an accident happens and all hell breaks loose.
Typical JJ Abrams film where you know something bad is out there but you only see a fleeting glance of it now and then to keep the tension up.
Some great acting by the kids in the film I thought. Another typical JJ trait being a bunch of actors you either haven't seen before or who haven't done much yet. He doesn't shoehorn Tom Cruise or the like in to the film, just picks the right people for the role.
Good special effects and some genuine laughs.
