1.4 tsi clutch/gearbox

has any one else had any problems with either there clutch / dual mass flywheel or gearbox problems?
my gears sometimes crunch or stall going down into 3rd and overall the things noisey when driving against a wall or railings with the windows open. As usual, dealer says nothing wrong with it, but test drove a 1.4 122 the other day and it feels so much smoother.

or does anyone else have a 1.4 tsi 160 to compare with (cheshire area or south merseyside)
