Have an SSD in my machine, my next SSD will be to replace the Blu-Ray drive I put in my g/f's laptop as a primary drive to run the laptop faster (so might have a Blu-ray drive for a laptop going if anyone is interested - it's remarkably easy to install).

Its a lot of hassle for not a lot of gain IMO (on a RNS anyway).
