Random Play of All Music from Hard Drive?

Random Play of All Music from Hard Drive?

Hi to all. Is there a way to random play all music stored on the hard drive? At the moment, all I can seem to do is random play from a single folder.
Any ideas?

Don't think so - see my other reply. i use an iPod in the MDI folder and that will play all the music on that. Kind of horse for courses....

The manual of the RNS510 details that you must first start to play an mp3 track in the root of the media and then use the mix button to start random play. It should then random play all files on the media even if they are in sub folders.

Cheers for that, think jonosussex could be correct. Checked the manual and it seems to be at odds with the actual system.
