Best way to remove/hide swirlmarks?

Post by spamdog »

Really annoying, i guess its come from the microfibre polishing cloth i use ...possibly pressing too hard?
Anyway, not major yet but still annoying to me!

shouldn't be the polishing cloth, its more likely to be the wash method sadly, maybe try emptying, rinsing & refilling your buckets a few times during washing (i'm intending to start doing this with mine)

also what products are you using? a product with fillers will help mask them (Autoglym SRP for example)

More than likely the swirls are being put in the paint when you wash your car, although at a guess I would say it was like that when you picked it up.

Whats your current cleaning regime? You will never be able to avoid them but there's plenty you can do to minimise getting them.

AG Super Resin Polish or Poorboys Blackhole will assist in filling swirls.
