Just got a new job which will includes a company car (not a roc )
How much do you all think i should be selling the car for ?
The car is a 2009 59, registered on 29/10/09
The car has less than 3k on the clock.
It has the latest steering wheel & the white display.
The air con dials are the old style not the new piano black ones.
Car is in immaculate condition, no stone chips from what i can see.
I'am the one that takes 2 spaces in a supermarket, so no dints.

Re: How much is it worth ?
Hmm, you've got quite a few options!
To be honest, I'm not sure how much those retrofit options will add to the value of your car 2nd hand - though the general answer will be hardly anything
If you want maximum return, I'd sell the options separately where possible.
I'm sure you'll get decent money if you sold the RNS510 here or on ebay - should fetch a good many hundred quid.
The cover cup holder should sell on here to someone for a good few bob, but be worth zero if sold with the car. Ditto, sill protectors etc.
Then sell the car as close to standard spec as possible. That way I guess you may fetch something like 22k + whatever you sell the retrofit extras for...

Re: How much is it worth ?
I would agree but mostly cause I'd be interested in the covered cup holder, even though I don't have my car yet..
Although you would get a lot more for the rns510 if sold separately it depends if you still have the rcd510 it came with, if not I don't know if it would be worth it..

Not sure, but I ordered mine factory fitted, and somehow I ended up with a retrofitted one from the dealer, so it seems some dealers are/were doing it!shaunipoos1 wrote:hey guys jus a quick question really. how did u get the navigation retrofit i was told thy dont do thm??

Knock a couple of grand off for the colour
Is the clapping to signify that you're taking the pee out of yourself? If not, you should at least have a word. That's ridiculous behaviour!viper17 wrote:I'am the one that takes 2 spaces in a supermarket, so no dints.

Re: How much is it worth ?
Keep the car and ask for a car allowance instead of the company car? Or does the new job involve a high mileage that doesn't make it worthwhile using your own vehicle? With the recent price and VAT increases and the demand for the roc you should be in a good position if you have to sell to get most / all of your money back. Would also agree with the others regarding removing and selling any 'extras'. Any factory / dealer fit extras help with the saleability of a second hand vehicle but unfortunately add little to the value. So if you can easily remove some and put the car to standard spec and sell on here / elsewhere then it should maximise your return.
