Did you notice the LED DRL of the Scirocco R in this video keep flashing?
Is it a feature or a defect?

probably just the frequency of the leds combined with the frame rate on the camera

LEDs do flicker on and off very quickly. Try moving a LED source about quickly and you will get a strobe effect.

Car electrical systems are DC. Not AC. Look at any youtube video with a car with LED lights and you'll see them flashing. As the previous poster mentioned its due to the frame rate of the camera.
