Fault Code P0101 -Resets using ODBII for a month or so.

I keep getting a P0101 Mass Airflow (MAF) Circuit Operating Range or Performance Problem fault which either clears itself after a couple of days if I don't reset it with my ODBII dongle n Android app. Then it will be fine for a month or so and then I'll get it again.
I've had the MAF Sensor off and fully cleaned cleared it with MAF Cleaner. But its come back on twice again since then. Any suggestions. Should I replace the MAF sensor and if so do I get the replacement Bosch one or a 3rd party after market one.
