Passenger door lock, mirror indicator/heater not working.

I have an issue with my passenger side door:

1. The door doesn't lock
2. The wing mirror indicator doesn't work
3. The wing mirror heater doesn't work

There are no issues with the window on the passenger side and no issues with the driver's side for any of the above.

Any help pointing me in the direction of the problem and/or solution would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Harry

I would imagine there is an issue with the wiring between the body and the door. Check the wiring where it goes through for any breaks etc.

If you havent been trying to code then id say either wires in the door connector or door module. if you have been coding and made a mess of it i can give you a new code to change too.

Found out what was wrong with mine, the pins in the door connector were corroded. Took it to an auto electrician and they charged me £140 to tell me that I need to do and order a new wiring loom and door/window motor module. Then they would then recode to the car for £200. I ordered a module for £25 second hand and used it as a donor. I unsoldered the damaged pins and soldered new second hand pins from the donor module and cleaned out the wiring harness connection with electral cleaner and some fine sandpaper. Refitted and all working perfectly. Can't believe dampness managed to penetrate where it was so may be worth checking if anyone else has this issue.

Well done - great fix. I’m sure as the cars are getting older this is going to help other users.
