guys I'm looking for roof bars but can't find any2nd hand ..I need them for our family trip to Cornwall anyone know of anywhere I can purchase a pair/whats the best make apart from vw og equipment as they are mega dear I can't see the f/sale section yet so any ideas welcome

You're really going to struggle unless you buy the OEM ones from VW.
I have a set of la pre-alpina and if I'm honest the fit is poor. Yes, they work, but are not perfect.
I'll be getting rid shortly as I'm changing to the new Polo GTI +.
