Interior lights fuse
None of my interior lights are currently, anybody know which fuse it is a my manual doesn't contain fuse list

It's getting power from the board control module.
I think you have a faulty bulb somewhere that's triggering the bcm too shut everything off.
So first take a look if you can find a faulty bulb or try disconnect the battery for a while and reconnect.
