VW Scirocco 2.0TDI 2011

Just bought my car, it's a 2.0TDI Blue motion, it's the 140bhp model but it's quick enough for me, it's got a panoramic roof and I've just fitted an aftermarket radio with satnav and reverse camera, I've also just fitted door lights that project the VW logo down, I'm going to sort the alloys out soon as there a but scuffed.

I made a thread in the Mods > Lights section asking for some info on the projector puddle lights.. any chance you could give some info on how you did it? Such has how you wired them, which ones you bought, any difficulties you came across ? I have no electrical experience, I'm handy with door cards and trim ect though.

Yeh I wired the lights into the door module, the pins go into number 18 and 19, once connected you have to use VAG-COM to program them in, for the drivers door the code is 21 and you add 64 to it (85) and for the passenger door you the code is 20 and you add 64 again (84). I bought the lights off eBay for around £12, hope this helps you!

Nice I'll have to buy some soon. I'm just worried about wiring the pins into the door module. I don't know what it looks like or what to expect.

Did the door cards come off okay??

I'll have to find some one who had the cable to use VAGCOM too!
