because she finally arrived. Only one pic, taken through the window as it was wanging it down when it got delivered. First impressions are that the car is fabulous. Lovely to drive. Love the new steering wheel and white DIS screen, shame they didn't sort out the climate display to same colour. Got the ipod lead and also some free mats, which was an unexpected bonus. Took her out for a spin for a couple of hours and the stares were evident, lorry drivers, BMW drivers and a 911 driver all having a right old stare.

She fits snugly in the garage and is tucked up for the evening now, hopefully it'll stop raining tomorrow, but either way I'll be out in it!!

My Candy White was delivered yesterday in the rain as well. All good though plus bodywork looks better for a bit of dirt (country living!)
Sold Leon FR TFSI DSG last month and opted for the GT diesel as it was on contract hire offer from VW.
Have followed forum for last few months on how good the car is. My expectations were high. What can I say - I'm not dissappinted.
Now where shall we drive today...

Looks like we were both on a similar schedule. Mine arrived yesterday too.

The rising blue's looking very nice. Hope you made the most of the dry day today to have some fun :) (and maybe get some more pics)

Gave the car a quick wash this morning before taking her out again, took a few more pics and posted on the Facebook group, didn't have to reduce the file sizes that way. (Still wearing that big cheesy grin!)
