Chainging Bulbs

Post by Technane »

So had one of my Headlights go last night on my car, so had the fun of changing out a H7 in the DARK!

wow, they made that easy didn't they, had to get my GF to pull up her Cooper and xenons to light me!

so seeing as you nearly have to dismantle the light mounting section to do this, what are the facelift option i could take on my car being a 60 plate ?

Did you read the manual first, to see how to do it?

I've found them fairly simple to change. Once the rubber cap is off you just need to rotate the holder and slide it out!

I made a tool out of 2"X1" batten wood about 100mm long and cut a deep slot in the end , makes life so much easier
