Thanks to potholes I need a 19" talladega or a set of 18inch!

Just be aware that if you get offered one off a Golf R it has a different offset.

Thanks for your reply. I am aware that I need an ET41 and not ET51 but the ET51 will fit with 10mm spacers. I would consider 18inch for a softer ride!Cuprabob wrote:Just be aware that if you get offered one off a Golf R it has a different offset.

No problem, I didn't mean to patronise you but not everyone is aware there are the same style of wheels with different offsets.

Better to be safe than sorry - the one I have damaged only showed up at the MOT otherwise I was not aware of any problem! - thanks again

I have just purchased 4 x golf r 19" talladega alloys. I was not aware that the offset was different! Grrr. What would be the implications of fitting these to a scirocco with out spacers? Will they not fit at all? My car is not lowered at all. Must I now purchase spacers? Please help!
