Samsung Galaxy S6 by any chance? A few folk have reported the same issue with Samsung android phones, and my wife had an intermittent problem initially with hers. After an android update it sorted itself.

Yes! I made a post myself about the issue but no real help.

My S6 is fully up to date. It was working fine a while back but now no one can hear my voice on calls.

I've u plugged the module under my drivers seat. I've unpaired the device. I've done a factory reset on my RNS510. But still no luck.

Unlikely to be the RNS510, to be honest. More likely to be the Bluetooth module. Perhaps an Android update has caused an issue with the Bluetooth connection protocol for your kit?

Could be. My mate tried his iPhone 6 in my car and the same result. Not sure what else i can do to resolve the issue.
