someone who shall remain nameless on here pms me an autotrader link for the exact car i'd been searching to complete the brace :cry:

he knows who he is and i have resisted calling the dealers today as they want silly money (bargain compared to an r though) but k04 power is a drug, resist resist :?

its one very rare car that, fortunately its dsg and not manual so i'm not rushing to the phone just yet

I did think that was the one main problem with it for the spec you wanted but it seemed to be the only one for sale on the whole 'net! (Sorry, I mean I would think this if I knew anything about it anyway ;) )

Theres quite a few of them on Autotrader at the moment in various colours and spec's. I'd be more tempted by an R32 tobehonest knowing that the engine is about to be dumped. Might be the last opportunity to get a high capacity enginer in the Golf.
