Custom Powervalve Exhaust!

Post by Psycho Kirky »

Hi all,

Yesterday I went over to the guys at BCS Powervalve to get an exhaust system fitted. I had my mind set on one thing from the start and they had no problems in doing it!

I asked if they could do me an exhaust like the R being on both sides and they described what I have now and I instantly said OH MY GOD YES!!! and the plans were set!....for a month later ;)

At one point Dave (the exhaust god) came to me and said there is a visual imperfection because of how the valance sits, the exhaust was perfectly symetrical but the valance was not, thanks VW.

5mm, 5mm! Thats barely anything but he wasnt happy until it was 100% bang on perfect! So he spent another 90mins doing so! What a guy!

It was done! And I needed surgery to remove the grin off my face, just at idle!
We took it for a spin to make sure I was happy with it and so I could hear it from outside! Amazing!!! Best a Scirocco can get without a doubt!

I went for Twin dual, or Quad like the Audi TTRS, Powervalve Sport turbo back exhaust system.

They cut the necessary gap in the valance nice and smooth and symetrical to the original, no dramas!

The best decision I have made for this car, the quality and sound and performance are second to none I cannot praise these guys enough they really are amazing!
Give them a call you wont be dissappointed! :D :D :D

Awsome stuff. Post a video so we can see how it sounds.
I actually really like the quad exhaust setup. Suits the cr in my opinion.

£1400, which isnt too bad really. Considering the quality, time put in, proffesionalism and pride in their work, hospitality, and unlimited brews ;) and the custom aspect I think its rather good! :D I believe there was a small discount for being part of this forum too!! :D

That is a nice exhaust.

Just to be pedantic, the TTS has the quad exhaust, the TTRS has an oval either side.

Enjoy your exhaust...

A bit excited then! [emoji23]

Well it sounds amazing, quite quiet until it's floored and then a nice deep rumble. I have watched loads of miltek vids and this sounds very different. I wonder if my oil burner would sound nice with this.....
