Guys.

I am new to the forum. I have a 2013 R and love it however my heater fans in the front of the car are always on.

Even if I have the heater/air con off they still blow hot/cold air at some force! I have had to turn the vents off.

Has anyone had this issue before I call the dealership? Any ideas what it could be?

Although not in my rocco I had this very same problem in my VW polo a few years back, thankfully it was still in warranty and turned out to be lose connectors behind the air con switches. Possibly the same problem here!
