Newbie to the Scirocco world here. We're looking to replace the wife's car with a Roc. We're being quite fussy with our 'must have' list. We'd like a 177 diesel or 210 Tsi. R-Line kit, DSG, in Rising Blue and under 3 years old. Been looking for over a month now with no luck. Found black, silver, red and midnight blue .
Is it worth waiting for the face-lift to be launched at the end of the month? Will people be holding off trading in their used models?
Slightly confused and am unsure if I'm missing something here. When you say facelift what do you mean? There's a facelift that took place last year so I'm unsure of the one you're referring to
Apologies, I was told there is a revamp taking place this month. Changes like the stereo and other small things. Not so much a face-lift as a bit of make-up.

Hi, the changes you talk about are only very small. I ordered a R-line 3 weeks ago and the dealer and me knew nothing about any changes, its only after reading about it on this forum I contacted VW UK and asked the question. The only changes to are the discover infotainment system and I think the display between the speedo and rev counter is colour as standard, and maybe other minor changes. All in all I don't think its anything that will have any impact on value or the used car market.
Thanks for the replies. Didn't think it'd be big enough changes to have people trading in to be honest. Just have to bide our time and keep looking. Really torn between diesel and petrol though. Don't do big miles and would worry about the DPF on the diesel. We've got a T5 which is remapped and had the DPF internals removed. I assume this can be done on the roc too.
