I have a 2010 Scirocco, touch screen media system in, does anyone know if it can be updated to include satnav and bluetooth, also can it play videos as standard as it is right now.
Not sure what system is in it at the moment.

You probably have the RCD510 headunit
It can't play videos.
It can't be updated to include sat nav. Unit needs to be replaced with.an.RNS510 or RNS310/5 for sat nav functionality.
You can add Bluetoorh by adding the OEM Module, normally located under the driver's (RHD) seat. Do a search on the forum as there is plenty of info on what.module needed and how to install.

Although beware if u have a MFSW you will need to correct the coding if you fit a different headunit
