Slidy cover for drinks holder/cubby?

Post by hotrod »

Hi Guys,

Although I own a new Golf Edition 30, I’m also very keen on the Scirocco, particularly the forthcoming R20.

When I specced my car I opted for the armrest, which also came with an attractive sliding cover over the drinks holders.
I’ve looked through various EOS and Scirocco brochures etc and it seems that you can’t spec the cover.
Is this correct? If so I guess you’d have to retrofit it from a Golf V/VI.

Nice looking forum by the way    , certainly on par with the many GTI forums I frequent.

Keep smiling... Hotrod :)

cheers Matt, very useful linky... god knows why this isn’t an option it really tidies up the console. Maybe the R20 will have it as standard + 260bhp??? :D
