Damn , Bugger , Blast !

Hit a pothole - it wasnt even a particularly deep / vicious one

Whilst washing the car - i found this little present

I've only had the car since September , and has spent that last few months on a set of winter wheels - these Pirelli's have only done about 1800 miles :grumpy:

Oh well , At least there's no damage to my alloy - i guess i'll have to be more careful in the future !

Fortunately , I've got a really good price on the replacement £130 delivered for a Pirelli Cinturato P7 235/40 R18 95W XL (Seal Inside) from these guys > http://www.tyreleader.co.uk/
I've been doing a lot of searching , and they're the cheapest i could find by a mile (£150 + delivery @ Black Circles & Camskill etc) , with some excellent independent reviews - so i thought i'd share.

Lee

Some guy I spoke to that had a Scirocco said he has to replace a tyre at least once every three months! Killer!

That is so annoying Lee, the roads are in such a shocking state and the repairs are often substandard. I find it extra stressful driving now as not only is it bad enough looking out for other road users, you have to keep an eye out for potholes also.

I could go off on a rant considering what we pay to use them! Hope you get it sorted soon!

Thats a bummer - but good that alloy not damaged and as for that price - I had one puntured last September (same type) and best price I could find was £162 fitted!

I have just used tyreleader for 4 Avon zz5 and their service was excellent. £387 for 4 18 inch tyres was the best I could find.

Are the Pirelli tyres woes for this than others? I've seen a lot of people post on here that they have lost pirellis
