Centre wheel cap size

Post by buster »

Hi
wonder if anyone can tell me the size of the centre wheel caps be it 50 55 or 60 mm I have lost one and just intend to get a set off ebay or amazon but I cant find any were it gives the size for a scirocco with 17" doningtons on just golfs etc, could go to a dealer but I think it was damaged on the last service 2 months ago as when cleaning it, it seemed lose and I just turned it around a bit which tightened it up, :faint: don't want to be sold a set for £30 or so as the lease has just 9 more months to go.

Part number 3B7 601 171 XRW £8.12 each inc. VAT from any VW dealer. Probably slightly cheaper at TPS.

I believe they are 65mm, the same as the ones used on Interlagos and Lagunos

The 65mm refers to the pitch of the clips and not the overall diameter

Thank you kindly for that information, didn't know you could buy just one, so it may as well be a trip to the dealer at that price
