So I'm still loving the Scirocco and its its DSG box, but I have now started to notice a couple of minor faults that hopefully someone can pinpoint a solution for.
The first one I suppose could be classed as a major fault, although living in the sticks has not been an issue, I locked the car this afternoon having been out, and I don't know why I checked but the fuel filler flap was still unlocked.
Unlocked and locked the car a couple of times and it was still open.
Have seen a few forum entries for the reverse happening, i.e wont unlock, so am aware it is supposed to lock.
The second issue is that the illumination for the power button on the rear view mirror will come on when the lights come on, auto or manual, but when driving I have noticed a few times that it goes out even though all the other internal illuminating lights are on. Fault/feature?
The third, although it is well documented on here is a rattle/buzzing sound coming from behind the glove box. At least with this one I know where to look to pinpoint.
Hopefully someone may have come across these before and may save me a trip to the dealers.
Thanks
Dan

Hi, the power light stays on on my rear view mirror. Not come across the other issues but I'd just take it back even if it's annoying to do so
