Erwin - problem with specific vehicle info

I wanted to get hold of some service manuals as I always like to know how things work....
Set up an Erwin account, and could download the general Scirocco 2008+ info, under "individual vehicle information" but my understanding is that you can get more up-to-date and specific info via "vehicle-Specific information".
I entered the VIN, and got to the list of options fitted, however when I clicked on "repair and servicing information", I got what looks like a service reception form and a load of error popups

After clearing these, I couldn't do anything - clicking any of the buttons at the top-right, which looked like they are supposed to link to the service info did nothing, apart from appearing to refresh the page.
Tried on 2 PCs and Firefox & IE.

Anyone else see this? Or am I wrong in my understanding of how this is supposed to work...?

hi i have had this same error with Firefox so have to use Internet explorer for me it works fine on I.E.

It states that you have already tried I.E.??

I would persist with I.E.
