EPC light and management light

Hi

I noticed on starting the car this morning when turning the ignition key to the first notch and the dash lights come on that an EPC light comes on and the engine management all the basic light around it go off but these two stay on. Then when i turn the key further to start the engine the lights go off.

Not sure if this is normal maybe ive just missed it before can anyone cconfirm

Think that's normal. As long as they go off when you start the car wouldn't worry

It's Normal.

My VCDS autoscan reports no errors, and as above said, it goes out when the engine comes on

I though it would be ok considering they went out when i start the engine, and the car is running smoothly just wanted to check.

Not sure how i didnt notice ths before, just freaked me out
