New Roc Tuesday Morning

Post by asthecrowflys »

Finally, my new Roc is going to be ready for collection at Robinsons Norwich on Tuesday morning. Ordered 5th February so has been quite a wait.

2.0 TSI 210, Candy White, Black 19” Alloys, Carpet Mats, Electric foldable mirrors, Cruise Control, Rear view camera.

But am I excited? You bet I am. Looking forward to getting out and about and meeting up with some of you during the summer.

Camera at the ready Mark, will get posting ASAP. The only downside is that I have to go to Spain for three days on Tuesday so will be driving straight to Stanstead and leaving it there

As soon as I get back I will get some photos done and post them.

Funny you should say. I thought to my self yesterday "So, what would happen if I missed my flight? Just how far is it to Sotogrande?" So I looked at Google Maps to see how long it would take and unfortunately it says 18 hours from Calais to Soto, and that is without the drive from Norfolk to Dover.

So that's a no go then!! :(

Off topic somewhat but when I take mine to the airport I opt for the self park and keep your keys with you option. A bit more expensive but gives peace of mind.

Not because I would think it would get damaged or stolen - simply because I would want tio colect it and then spend some time with it - so if it was me I would delay collection until after I got back. But then I am a bit funny like that!
