Slow parts service!

Post by sciroccodan »

I need a new headlamp for my Roc as i broke a bulb inside this one,
I did this in January and went to my Dealer and ordered a replacement on 14-01-09, i was told that "the light was on back order and would be a couple of weeks", a couple of weeks past and i called the Dealer, ik was told " still on back order, will be end of March"
It is now the end of march, i called the Dealer yesterday and they still have no idea when it will be available!
Its getting a bit silly now and i`m starting to get a bit peeved!
anyone else having parts problems??

No I've always received items next day - I suspect its probably something to do with the fact that you have Xenons?

Yep, two months for a warrenty replacement seat back.
One upside as it was not something I had broken I got some compensation for the wait!
