Anyone into F1?

Post by Robbie73 »

As per the title really, been watching it myself for some time now and hope the new rules and regs bring the racing closer.

With the new rules on points Lewis would have come second last year :grumpy:

Looking forward to see how BBC do the coverage – no adverts thank god!

Yep I can't wait for the season to start. It's looking like it could be the most open one for a long time. With all the new rule changes it's a very level playing field.

I see Jenson was 80-1 for the title about a month ago. He's now 9-2 and 3-1 fav to win on sunday!

I'm going up to N Wales to watch it with my dad. Gotta get up there before 1pm for qually so the rocco had better not let me down :)

Kev, would you be interested in joining our Fantasy F1 league? Free to join there are about 8 of us in at the mo, you get 40M to spend and
it makes the season more interesting? Let me know however you only have 1 1/2 days to get in.

Looking forward to seeing what the Brawn Team do.....

Dont worry they have deferred the new points scheme until the 2010 season, as some of the teams objected. Anyway only something like 13 of all the F1 world champions would have lost out over the history of F1 if this new ruling were in place.

Good news on the adverts, but I'm a little disappointed in the lack of HD, consdering most of the host broadcasters now film F1 in HD. :(

 yeah yeah ;)

Just been watching the qualifying this morn looks like this season easy going to be pretty exciting, shame lewis is at the back but if he is a good a driver as everybody says he is then he should be able to get that car up to scratch after a few races, nice to see Jenson Button going well in the qualifying too :)
Car is now Sold!!!!! BMW 7 Series for now as nice and big but holding out for something a little special as my toy :)
