Do a search, it could be the common wastegate rattle.

Have a read through this, your engine may not have had the mod to the turbo hinge coupling on the Waste Gate, Turbo Waste Gate Rattle - Small Clip Solution. Also Waste Gate Rattle 1 and Waste Gate Rattle 2

First step, to check whether the little spring steel clip is in place on the Turbo Waste Gate Actuating Arm Hinge located at the middle back of the Engine under the Exhaust manifold - top side of the Turbo.

But your rpm range is a little narrower suggesting something else. It could also be a silver heatsheild vibrating in the engine bay given its narrow band of rpm you state, Engine Bay Vibration. Check all the sheild mounting studs have self-clipping thin plate washers fitted and are pushed home.

Be useful to know where you think the rattle is roughly coming from though!!

Is there a dealer fix for the 'Tsi waste gate rattle'?

Ok thanks. What would cause the coolant bottle to be on min with an engine that's only 6 months old and done 3k miles?

Without knowing the history, work could have been done which involved the coolant being drained. If refilled, could be that an airlock became free afterwards, dropping the header tank level. The real measure is to monitor it when cold ( ie. same conditions) and see if the level is moving. It will go up and down by a small amount when the engine is hot/cold.

The history can be asked about when you go back to the dealer and they may even give you a paper copy of it.

Water pump weep or turbo cooling seal leak or a leaky hose joint. Important thing is to monitor it at intervals after the dealer visit to top up until satisfied its not moving.
