Bi-xenon lights question - how to enable AFS

Hi guys! I have a question about bi-xenon headlights.
I've retrofitted a steering wheel with buttons instead of no-buttons steering wheel. And I think, I missed something in VAG-COM coding, because my lights do not follow the steering wheel rotation.
So the question is - does the Roc have an AFS system? In other words, should my Roc turn the light when I rotate the steering wheel? I tried to drive curves at 20-40 km/h (12-25 mph) and the light remained stationary.
I do not have any errors in VAG-COM, corner lights work great, and xenon lights test (down-left-right-up) is OK. I do not have light assist installed.
Also, sometimes, my Roc shifts lights up or down for a couple of inches (in traffic jams).
If I miscoded something, please tell me the right settings to restore the lights.
