Black Rocco Projektz in Progrezz..

Post by Dutch Delight »

Hi all Yesss today i've picked up the car in the early morning. Little bit of bad mood in the beginning, because it was raining and raining....but after i arrived the sun came through !!

Not more left to say because i have a big smile whole day long already. The Dealer changed already the VW logo's for me with the matte black ones. Leather with red stitches turned out exactly what i've wanted.

Anyway, some first pictures :D:D:D

Thanks ! Black Leather Package was chosen as an option package. With the Dealer i've discussed my wish to put in the red stitches, this was ok in the total package.

Hi Costa yes re-thinked about that. Friend of my has a Car Audio Shop and adviced me. For overall use the 510 unit it's ok and on some points maybe better/easier, but not to sound-quality. In the future got some plans for the ICE, so this base unit is ok for me.

Also, the 510 is 1000 Euro's expensiver than this unit, wich was around 1400 Euro's.

in that case keep Pioneer.

i just mention the RNS cause usually that is what people use most but if you have plans with this one it's a good choice, for me there's nothing better than Pionner in sound quality

Yes correct mostly you don't see any other units than RNS ones. That's ok off course :) but i wanted something else. Had a earlier Pioneer F930BT in my BMW-project, and it was very good.

Also he adviced me not to choose for Dynaudio. It sounds really good, but if you want to re-install later with something else it's a lot of extra work. So i've decided to go base with factory-speakers (which sounds nice!) and future builds to come later on.
