Anyone using a 4th generation iPod Nano with the MDI?

I drive a: GT 2.0 TSI
In: Deep Black
With a: DSG box
Options: SAT-NAV, PAN SUNROOF, LEATHER, PARKING SENSORS, CRUISE CONTROL, WINTER PACK, FOLDING MIRRORS.

Anyone using a 4th generation iPod Nano with the MDI?

If so, does it charge as well as play?
I know V4 of the Nano similar to the iPhone 3G will not charge in many accessories like external speaker units etc even though it will play ok.

some info here, v4 does charge with ipod lead
